When will I receive my vendors' list?

All orders are delivered instantly via email through our digital products fulfillment system. Please ensure you enter the correct email address at checkout. After your purchase, check both your inbox and SPAM folder for your order. If you encounter any issues, contact us at info@provendor.shop.

I emailed info@provendor.shop. When should I expect a response?

We respond to all emails within 12-48 hours. Please send only one email, and we assure you that we'll address your inquiry as soon as possible. To expedite the process, include your order number in the subject line and use the email address provided at checkout. This helps us quickly locate your order and send it to you in PDF format.

I accidentally purchased the wrong vendor list. Can I exchange it for the one I intended to order?

Unfortunately, if you have already received the vendor list via email, we are unable to exchange the order. Providing an additional list would be unfair to other customers who purchased the same list.

I entered the wrong email at checkout. What should I do?

If you mistakenly entered an incorrect email at checkout, don't worry. Just send an email to info@provendor.shop, and we'll ensure you receive your order.

Where are the vendors located?

Our lists include a balanced mix of vendors from the USA, China, UK, and Asia. After you place an order, you can expect to receive vendors from either one of those regions or a mixture of all.

Why am I required to enter my shipping address?

The shipping address requirement is just a formality for the payment processor for Stripe. This will not affect the actual delivery method, which is via email. So, despite providing a physical address, you'll still receive the product digitally through your email.
